Guys, I’m no longer suffering from a quarterlife/twentysomething/other tritely labeled identity crisis. I know exactly who I am now, thanks to Pottermore. I have gone through the motions and officially belong to none other than.. THE MIGHTY AND EVER-SAGE HOUSE OF RAVENCLAW!!!
An excerpt from the Ravenclaw description, talking about the other Houses: “As for the Hufflepuffs, well, nobody could say they’re not nice people. In fact, they’re some of the nicest people in the school. Let’s just say you needn’t worry too much about them when it comes to competition at exam time.”
Ouch. That’s gotta hurt.
“And once again: well done on becoming a member of the cleverest, quickest and most interesting house at Hogwarts.”
This may or may not rank among the greatest achievements of my former Muggle existence. (Because I’m like, a wizard now, duh.) I also cannot believe that I actually wrote this entry. AND MEANT EVERY WORD. #slightlyashamed #mostlyproud
